Guarantees a minimum o-time for the
capacitors. The timer starts once the AHF
capacitor disconnects and needs to expire
before the output is allowed to be on again. It
only turns on again if the drive power is
between 20% and 30%.

This parameter group selects digital and relay outputs via a
eldbus setting.
