3. If the correct port is not automatically chosen, select the appro-
priate serial communication (COM) port from the “Use com-
puter communication port” control on the Main screen.
4. Click the “Download” button in the lower right-hand corner to
download all summary day. You can also go to the File menu,
and select one of two options:
(a) Download Summary Data - Downloads and summarizes
the data readings, but does not display per-second read-
ings.
(b) Download All Data - Downloads all data currently stored
in the KD2 Pro memory. It displays complete data for
each measurement, including per-second readings.
If you encounter an error message after clicking this button,
please refer to Section 6 Troubleshooting section for instruc-
tions. Name your data file, select where it saves to, and in
what format. You may choose from four file formats.
(a) Microsoft Excel Workbook (*.xls)
(b) Comma delimited (*.csv)
(c) Tab delimited (*.txt)
(d) Raw data (also *.txt)
5. Click “Save” to download your data to the specified location.
The progress bar shows the status of the download process.(Figure
