2 Installation
2.1 Installing the remote control
2.1.1. Fitting the boiler's radio module (Package
AD252)
The boiler radio module is used to establish communication between
the remote control and the boiler.
¼ To install the module, refer to the mounting instructions for the
boiler radio module.
2.1.2. Installing the batteries
Install the batteries in the box, respecting the + and - polarities.
CAUTION
Use the batteries provided or commercially available
alkaline batteries LR 6 AA 1.5 V. Do not use rechargeable
batteries.
When the symbol D flashes on the display, replace the batteries.
2.1.3. Pairing the remote control with the boiler
radio module (Package AD252)
Each radio remote control is given a unique identifying number in the
factory, which enables the boiler's radio module to recognise it. The
identifying number is transmitted to the boiler's radio module by the
pairing sequence.
¼ To effect pairing, refer to the mounting instructions for the boiler
radio module.
