Replacing the touchpad

Procedure
1 Slide the touchpad under the status-light board cable into the slots on the palm-
rest assembly.
2 Replace the four screws (M2x2) that secure the touchpad to the palm-rest
assembly.
3 Adhere the two adhesive tapes that secure the touchpad to the keyboard
bracket.
4 Open the touchpad cable connector latch and connect the touchpad cable to
the system board.
Post-requisites
1 Replace the battery.
2 Replace the base cover.
