3. To remove the fan:
a. Disconnect the I/O board and system board cables from the connectors on the system board [1] [2].
b. Unroute the WLAN connector cables from the fan module [3].
4. To remove the fan:
a. Disconnect the fan connector cable from the system board. [1]
b. Remove the screws that secure the system fan to the system board. [2]
c. Lift and remove the system fan from the computer. [3]
