With its own standalone communication port, the extension card can work independently and can be set as a
MODBUS TCP server, Client or EtherNet/IP Adapter. After installing the extension card, go to the HWCONFIG
in ISPSoft to set up the communication.

Ring Topology
A DLR function is required to create a ring
topology.
When a switch is needed for topology, the switch
should support the DLR function. If not, the
connection might fail.
