TROUBLE SHOOTING
FLOW CHART NO.1 (405-MC2-3059 : I/O UNIT)
The power cannot be turned on.
The fuse blows out.
Is the fuse normal?
Is +5V line voltage for CPU power supply normal?
Is the FFC(14pin:CN300) connected correctly?
After servicing, replace the fuse.
Is +5V or more supplied to 7pin of CPU(IC400)?
Replace the IC400.
Refer to FLOW CHART NO.2 <The fuse blows out.>.
Replace it if defective.
Reconnect normaly.
Check IC400 and perifery circuit, and replace it if defective.
