Initializing This Unit
Initialize this unit if you have replaced the microprocessor, one of the parts around the microprocessor, or the digital PCB.
1. When power is switched to standby.
2. Hold down buttons "SOURCE" button at the same time and press the "POWER" button to turn on the power.
3. This unit returns to the nomal operation after "
INITIALIZE
" is displayed for 3seconds.
Service Jig
When you update the rmware , you can use the following JIG (RS232C to internal connector conversion adapter without
7P FFC kit ).
Please order it from Denon Ofcial Service Distributor in your region if necessary.

When you repair the printing board, you can use the following JIG (Extension UNIT kit).

NOTE: • All user settings will be lost and the factory setting will be recovered after the set is initialized.
So make sure to note down your setting beforehand for restoring after the initialization.
The protection history is cleared at the same time as the initialization.
