The fluid tip or seat might be loose or damaged, the baffle seal could be installed incorrectly, the material level might be too low, or the container might be tipped too far. Also, there could be an obstruction in the fluid passage, or the fluid needle packing nut might be dry or loose. Try tightening or replacing the fluid tip/seat, installing the baffle seal correctly, refilling the material, holding the container more upright, backflushing with solvent, and lubricating or tightening the fluid needle packing nut.
