•
Close door and restart original procedure
•
Check if sample dis not completely closed.
•
This could be caused by probe improperly seated
in in fill port
If door is opened and then closed
without completing the intended

Pack used to its maximum capacity.
•
Insert new pack
When displayed in place of sample
results, the analyzer is unable to
obtain valid voltage reading from the
electrode.
•
Ensure the electrode securely plugged in place.
•
Check for proper filling of the reference
electrode.
•
Ensure sufficient sample size and proper filling
of measurement chamber by running a sample
and examining flow when backlight is on.
Inserted Fluid Pack has passed
expiry date..
•
Insert new pack
Stable reading of Standard A could
not be obtained within 6 aspirations
for all electrodes.
•
Ensure that electrodes are properly plugged in
and aligned correctly.
•
Check the locking mechanism on electrode tray
to ensure properly engaged.
•
Check Electrodes with STD-A. The mV should
fall between -100 and 100. The stability is
expressed as SD in parenthesis. Expected
value is 0 to 10. If stability of electrodes is out of
range, replace the reference electrode.
•
Perform daily maintenance.
•
If necessary, clean the reference electrode
housing or replace the reference electrode.
•
Replace the Fluid Pack.
•
Check shielding connection to ground for short.
Only displayed during ACTIVE
INTERFACE. The interface test (see
chapter 8:”Testing the interface”) was
not successful.
•
Check if pins 2 and 3 of the serial port were
connected properly.
•
Check the serial cable.
