The Up/Down keys can then be used to scroll between the two2.
If Enter is pressed while “SOUND ON” is shown on the display, the console beeper will be active.3.
If Enter is pressed while “SOUND OFF” is shown on the display, the console beeper will be disabled. 4.
No sound at all will come from the console in any mode or when any key is pressed.
Once Enter is pressed and the beeper will start or stop beeping depending on what was selected 5.
and the console will return to the Idle Mode.
Note: A Reset to Factory Defaults will always return the console to “sound on”.
Reset to Factory Defaults E.
When Enter is pressed on this menu choice, the message display will show “FACTORY RST = NO”1.
Use the Up/Down keys to scroll between “YES” and “NO”. 2.
If Enter is pressed on the “YES” choice, the console will reset all memory locations to factory defaults. 3.
The model setting will change to UR, Age will rest to 35years, the Weight will reset to 155lbs, the Cus-
tom Trainer profi le will reset to its default profi le
If “NO” is chosen, console will return to Idle Mode without resetting anything.4.
Note: Performing a Reset to Factory Defaults will NOT reset the Total Console Hours value inside the
Service Menu.
