4.4 Error Message: “Access Error : Unauthorised, Access ……… ”
Depending on your Windows version and security sengs you may get the error message
“”Error message: “Access Error: Unauthorised, Access to this document requires a User ID. ”
when you try to reach the LAN or Wi-Fi sengs through the DR5000 Soware.
This is because the log in details that the DR5000 soware sends to Internet Explorer have not
been accepted.
You can resolve this issue by opening Internet Explorer (or Windows 10 Edge) once on your
computer and entering the IP address of the DR5000 in the address bar.
The following screen will appear:
Here you enter the log in details once. (standard log in: admin / password admin)
Important! Tick “Remember my references”!
From now you can open the LAN and Wi-Fi sengs through the DR5000 soware.
NOTE! If you change the standard log in details or the password you have to repeat the aforemenoned procedure with the new log in details.
