Assembly procedure
The MCWN electronic suspended crane scale is supplied assembled ready for use. If not, or in case of any checks,
follow these installation stages:
A. Open the case containing the electronic suspended crane scale.
B. Install the "shackle" on top of the load cell.
C. Install the "shackle" on bottom of the load cell.
D. Make sure that the nuts of the shackles are fully screwed on and that the split pins are correctly positioned.
E. Carefully place the system on the ground.
F. Make sure and check the suitability of the crane hook where the electric suspended crane scale will be installed.
G. Connect the system to the safety hook of the crane, making sure that the "shackle" rests on the saddle of the crane
hook and that the relative lever is positioned safely.
H. Once the system has been harnessed, move away and lift it a few centimetres from the ground.
WARNING!
Although the weight is less than 25 kg, be careful when handling the case so as to prevent bumps or falls
that may cause damage to the instrument and/or people.
If required, carry out the handling procedure with the help of several people or with appropriate means.
WARNING!
If the hook and/or shackle need to be replaced, contact an Authorised Assistance Centre.
