Checks before use
Before using the suspended crane scale, check that:
• the instrument is complete with all its parts and does not present obvious damage;
• the area of use is clear of any obstacles;
• there are no losses of consumables in the area under the machine;
• the labels installed on the suspended crane scale are in place and legible;
• check the status of the shackles;
• check the status of the crane;
• check nuts and split pins;
IMPORTANT!
If faults and/or anomalies are detected, report them to the personnel in charge.
Load lifting and weight reading
A. Turn on the suspended crane scale and wait for the display to reset.
B. Lift the load, as shown in the figure below.
C. The weighing value can be read on the display.
Weighing accuracy is achieved when the suspended crane scale is fully stationary.
WARNING!
Make sure the load is fully raised from the ground.
