8 Troubleshooting
8.2 If the appliance is defective
If the appliance has been dropped or dam-
aged in another way and has obvious signs of
damage, give it to an authorised dealer or
Royal Appliance Customer Services to be re-
paired.
Send the defective appliance without a floor
cloth to the address on ZPage 123, "Interna-
tional Service".

WARNING:
Danger of injury! Never use or charge a
defective appliance! If the power cord of the
mains adapter for this appliance is dam-
aged, it must be replaced by the manufac-
turer, their authorised service representa-
tive or a similarly qualified person to avoid
danger.

NOTE:
You can use floor cloths made by other
manufacturers as well as the ones supplied.
They must, however, be of about the same
dimensions and thickness and glide across
the floor about as easily as those supplied.
Only in this way can it be guaranteed that
the floor cloth is flat on the floor cleaning
panel and that the movement of your EVO
is unimpeded. If you use floor cloths of
other manufacturers, comply with their
instructions for use.
