Locating the Remote
Press LOCATE REMOTE on the front
panel of the Hopper 3 receiver.
If the missing remote control is paired to
this Hopper 3 receiver and within radio
frequency (RF) range, there should be a
seriesoftonesyouheartohelpndthe
location of the remote. It may take up to 30
seconds after touching LOCATE REMOTE
before you hear the tones. Press any
button on the remote to turn off the Locate
tonesafterndingtheremote.
If you do not hear any tones after pressing
LOCATE REMOTE, press the SYSTEM
INFO button on the front panel. The
System Info screen lists the paired
remote(s). If the remote control you want
tondisnotlistedoritisnotpairedto
the Hopper 3 receiver, using LOCATE
REMOTE is not an option.
Iftheremotecontrolyouwanttondisout
of RF range, LOCATE REMOTE is not an
option.
When you are looking for the remote, try the LOCATE REMOTE feature on the
front panel of the Hopper receiver.
