− Children’s temperature measure-
ments may only be taken by an adult.

Improper handling of the thermometer
may result in injury.
− The thermometer must not be used in
the event of a defect. Do not attempt
to modify, disassemble or repair the
thermometer or to replace parts of it.
− Check the thermometer for damage
before each use. If there is an error or
a defect (e.g. caused by children, pets
or pests), the thermometer must not
be used. In this case, please contact
the service center or the manufacturer.
− If you experience any irregularities
(such as an allergic reaction) while
using the thermometer, immediately
stop using it and consult your physician.
