2. Carefully clean the surfaces of the ther-
mometer at regular intervals (e.g. after
every 20th use) with a soft, damp cloth and
a small amount of rubbing alcohol.
Please ensure that no moisture enters the
device. A mild cleaning agent may be used
for stubborn dirt. Clean the thermometer
only when it is switched off. Remove the
batteries before cleaning the device.
3. Allow the thermometer to dry thoroughly.
Do not use chemical cleaners or solvents to
clean the thermometer.
