TROUBLE SHOOTING (Continued)
INACCURATE CUT-OFF LENGTH
(1) Tighten clamp on workstop (if supplied) .
(2) Check band tension setting .
HEAD WON'T RAISE
(1) Check for mechanical obstructions.
(2) Check head lift cylinder adjustment.
HEAD LOWERS ERRA Tl CALLY
(1) Mechanical obstructions or binding .
(2) Head lift cylinder is improperly adjusted or
damaged .
HEAD DROPS SLOWLY WHEN MACHINE IS
SHUT OFF
(1) Head lift cylinder is improperly adjusted or
damaged .
NO COOLANT FLOW
(1) Remove volume control valve and hose . Blow
out with air .
(2) Clean coolant pump intake screen.
(3) Coolant pump fai lure .
NOTE: Repair and adjustment procedures should be
made only by experienced maintenance
personnel, or a DoALL Industrial Supply
Center service representative. Reference to
machine's electrical schematic will be
helpful in most cases.
