(4) Position stock unloading table at machine
front and attach to 3 frame brackets . The tray
should be flush or no more than 1/32-inch
(0.8 mm) below vise base. Adjust tray leveling
screws to obtain this dimension. See Fig. 7.

NOTE: Machine and stock tray were correctly
aligned at the factory before bracket holes
were drilled.
(5) Place stock feed or discharge conveyors
(if supplied) in position and level with
mounting pad screws .
PREPARATION FOR USE
(1) Fill coolant reservoir with 5 gallons (19 liters)
of cutting fluid recommended by Lubrication
Chart or Job Selector .
(2) Be sure all other po i nts listed in the
Lubrication Chart have been properly serviced .
(3) Make electrical connections while referring to
electrical schematic and electrical stock list.
