Engine trick:
There is a special setting for boats with 2 engines and a bow thruster (but no stern thruster),
where pushing a stern thruster button will engage both engines (one forward, one astern).
By pressing bow and stern thruster buttons, you can thus engage both engines/motors (1
forward and 1 reverse) and the bow thruster at the same time.
So, this setting enables you to “walk the boat sideways” by only pressing the bow- and stern
thruster buttons to port or starboard.
