9. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Possible cause
Solution
The Receiver does not
work.
The Dockmate remote is switched
off.
The Dockmate Receiver does not
receive sufficient D/C Volts.
Switch the remote on
(see point 6 in this manual).
Check:
Power on?
Fuse blown?
The remote does not
work.
The battery is empty.
Charge the battery
(see point 5 in this manual)
The “stat” LED on the
remote is on and red.
The battery is empty.
Charge the battery
(see point 5 in this manual)
Receiver Status LED:
dim orange light
Only the Cradle is powered
or
Dockmate Receiver failed.
Check if Your Receiver is
powered on both feeds
or
Contact your Dockmate dealer.
