A copy of the receipt with purchasing date
A reason for the claim or description of the fault
9 Troubleshooting

The cooler does not work.
The cooler has not been set up
properly.
Check if the device is horizontal. Check if
the ventilation of the device is sufficient.
The refrigerant circuit is defective.
This can only be repaired by an authorise
d repair centre.
IN DC mode: The cooler is
not working (plug is inserte
No voltage is flowing from the DC po
wer socket in your vehicle.
The ignition must be switched on in most
vehicles to supply current to the DC powe
r socket.
The DC socket is dirty. This results in
a poor electrical contact.
If the plug of your cooler becomes very w
arm in the DC socket, either the socket m
ust be cleaned or the plug has not been a
ssembled correctly.
