Installing the Main Cable: Controller to Laser
Unit F220i
The main cable from the BCP7 controller to the laser unit F220i is
pre-assembled to the BCP7 controller and only has to be connected with a
specific designed Harting connector to the laser unit F220i. The fibre and
the main cable from the laser unit F220i are pre-assembled.
CAUTION: The fibre must never be disconnected from the laser
unit F220i and from the laser. This will damage the
laser system!
• Connect the mains in power to the laser unit F220i and connect the
power out from the laser unit F220i to the BCP7 controller.
• Connect X29 of the BCP7 controller to X68 of the laser unit F220i.
(only when the laser system is equipped with shutter)
• Connect X24 of the BCP7 controller to X24 of the laser unit F220i.
