The shutter option has to be activated in the install options dialogue.
The following components are parts of the safety system:
At the customer’s machine:
• Two independent safety switches at the guard door
In the laser unit F220i:
• Safety relay PNOZ mm0p from Pilz (only for shutter option)
• Shutter with coil and 2 light barriers (only for shutter option)
• Control board with 2 Elesta safety relays
In the D-Series Core Controller:
• Safety Relay PNOZ S4 from Pilz with 2 interlock loops
•Laser Power Supply
