8.51 Disassembly and assembly of stacker shaft
8.51.1 Arrange stacker shaft in an assembly as in Fig. 496 (three flats and opening for pin at the
shaft right end). Remove plastic locking washer of right stacker wheel (see Fig. 497 Fig. 498).
8.51.2 Remove stacker wheel, pull the pin out (see Fig. 499).
8.51.3 Remove plastic locking washer of the second stacker wheel (see Fig. 500 Fig. 501).
8.51.4 Remove stacker wheel, (see Fig. 501).
Assemble stacker shaft in reverse sequence, while:
8.51.5 Stacker wheels to be oriented as in Fig. 496 (vanes are located clockwise, view from the
side of shaft with three flats and opening).
8.51.6 Stacker wheels are to be installed so that pins get all the way in the grooves on the wheels
(see Fig. 502).
