Installing the Drivers module:
When dismantling / mounting a Drivers module without replacing the module, visually
verify the presence of two thermal pads on DD3 and DD4 chips (see Fig. 73) (allowed if
the thermal pads remain glued to the sidewall of the device). In thermal pads are missing,
they must be installed (if available).
8.5.4 Use alcohol to degrease the surface of DD3 and DD4 chips of the Drivers module
and the place on the sidewall where these chips of the Drivers module will be located ap-
proximately.
8.5.5 Gently pull two thermal pads 10x10x1.5 mm alternately with tweezers and apply
them onto DD3 and DD4 chips of the Drivers module as in Fig. 72, Fig. 73, so that the
thermal pads completely cover the chips.
8.5.6 Install the Drivers module on the left side frame of the front assembly and secure with
four M3x6 screws N0019 + W0022 + W0007 / JPM1-306N1H04, place the washers 3 W0001 under
the screws (see Fig. 71, Fig. 70). Ensure the thermal pads are between the Drivers module chips and
the sidewall (see Fig. 74).
8.5.7 Lift the clamps of connector X5 of the Drivers module. Insert 40-pin ribbon cable (FFC)
in X5 connector with the contacts turned to you, the cable must be inserted as far as it will go. Snap
the catches of the connector to the stop (see Fig. 69, Fig. 68, Fig. 67). Do not skew the cable; do not
skew the connector clamp. Make sure that the cable is securely fixed by pulling it lightly (not
bending) - do not allow the cable to drop out of the connector.
8.5.8 Connect the 3 pin INP-DRV_X14 cable to the Drivers module connector X14, connect
the 3 pin OpnS-DRV_X15 cable to the X15 connector, connect the 3 pin RdrS-DRV_X16 cable to
the X16 connector (see Fig. 75).
8.5.9 Connect the red / black hopper motor cable to the Drivers module connector X7, the
green / blue main motor cable to the Drivers module connector X6 (see Fig. 76).
8.5.10 Connect the red / black solenoid cable to connector X8 of the Drivers module (Fig. 77).
8.5.11 Connect the 10 pin DRV-BVS cable to the X1 connector of the Drivers module, connect
the EXT-DRV interface cable to the X2 connector (see Fig. 78).
8.5.12 Connect the 4 pin power cable (red / white / black / yellow) to connector X4 of the Driv-
ers module (see Fig. 79).
8.5.13 Connect the BVS 6-pin power cable (red / black) to the X3 connector of the Drivers
module (see Fig. 80).
8.5.14 Connect the 4 pin TrS1-DRV_X10 cable to the X10 connector of the Drivers module,
the 4 pin TrS0-DRV_X9 cable to the X9 connector, the 3-pin REJ-DRV_X12 cable to the X12
connector, the 3 pin PST-DRV_X11 cable to the X11 connector, the 3-pin cable Tract-DRV_X13
connect to the X13 connector (see Fig. 81).
8.5.15 The cables should be fixed with ties (if the ties have been removed) as described in sec-
