Clean & Disinfect the M300*
1. Clean with gauze pad moistened with soapy water or Dräger-
approved cleaning agent. Dry thoroughly with lint-free cloth.
2. Disinfect with gauze pad moistened with diluted alcohol. Dry with
lint-free cloth.
Cleaning the ECG Lead Connector*
1. Make sure the ECG lead connector is dry.
2. If there is any visible dirt or moisture, clean the ECG lead connect-
or with soap and water and a soft-bristled paint brush. Dry careful-
ly and thoroughly.
Cleaning the Charger Interface*
1. Clean charger interface regularly with a toothbrush and soap and
water.
2. Allow the device to air dry completely before placing into the
charger.
Cleaning Central & Bedside Chargers
1. Disconnect the charger from the wall outlet.
2. Clean the charger with a gauze pad moistened with soapy water.
Dry thoroughly with a lint-free cloth.
3. Do not use excessive pressure when cleaning charging contacts to
avoid damage. Avoid excessive moisture.
Note: Do not immerse or rinse device or its peripherals in liquids or cleaning
solvents. If device, battery or accessories get wet, disconnect the device
from the charger and allow it to dry completely (including the inside of the
ECG connector) for at least 24-48 hours. Only use disinfectants approved by
Dräger (see IFU for approved list).
