Low Pressure Positive Pressure Leaks Test
1.Leave connections as in previous test.
2. Open tube clamp, slowly drain pressure using flow
restrictor on squeeze bulb until gauge indicates
between 10mbar and 7 mbar. Clamp off tubing.
3.Ensure pressure does not drop more than 1 mbar
in 1 minute.
NOTE
Please disregard the low pressure alarm sounding
during this time.
Checking the Relief Valve
1.Leave connections as in previous test.
2.Drain pressure from bag using restrictor on bulb
(counter-clockwise) to enable the removal of the
sealing cap from the relief valve.
3.Close flow restrictor on bulb (clockwise). Slowly
apply positive pressure with squeeze bulb to
activate relief valve.
4.Relief valve must activate
between 2 and 5 mbar
indicated on the pressure gauge.
NOTE
Please disregard the low pressure alarm sounding
during this time.
