24-TUBE CENTRIFUGES
Buckets can be placed around the rotor in any of the rotor loading configurations shown below. Each bucket
must be loaded symmetrically with tubes.
15 mL / 125 mm tubes may be spun in the standard HORIZON 24 Flex buckets, but must be loaded as follows:
When three buckets are being used, each bucket must be loaded symmetrically in any configuration below:
When all six buckets are being used, the rotor must be loaded in the following configuration only. Opposing
buckets do not need to be filled but must be loaded in exactly the same way.
