If your Duke Broiler is producing raw or undercooked food without showing any error messages, several factors could be at play. First, check your loading technique to ensure it's correct. Second, make sure you're pressing the product button immediately after loading the product. Third, verify that you're selecting the correct product button for the item you're cooking. Also, inspect the lower burner. If it's not lighting correctly, try cleaning it with a broiler cleaning tool if the broiler is hot. If the broiler is cold, remove the lower burner, clean it, and reinstall it. Clean the lower flame sensor with a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol.
