What to do if my Duke Freezer does not operate?
    • K
      Kevin MarshallAug 5, 2025
If your Duke Freezer isn't operating, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the freezer is plugged in. Check the fuse or breaker at the main disconnect; make sure the freezer is on a separate circuit. If the beater motor is out on overload, press the overload reset button and check the product temperature. Also, check for a control circuit overload and press the reset button. For other issues like high/low pressure cut-outs, component failure, faulty selector switch, or disconnected/broken wires, it's best to contact your local service company.

What to do if mix or water is leaking from the drain tube drip tray of my Duke GES-102?
    • M
      Matthew HendersonAug 27, 2025
If you notice mix or water leaking from the drain tube drip tray of your Duke Freezer, the beater shaft seal might be damaged or improperly installed. Try replacing the cup seal or o-ring inside the bushing and ensure it's properly installed. If the beater shaft is pitted or damaged where the o-ring rides, replace the beater shaft. For beater shaft end play issues, contact your local service company.
