12. THERMOSTAT
Sets the working temperature of the glue.
13. Fuse Board ( TG200D2 )
Protects the motors and heater from overloading.
14. Main Motor ( M1 )
Drives the clamp station to the left and right positions. It also drives the glue drum
when the clamp station is moving to the right position of the machine.
15. Nipping Motor ( M2 )
Drives the nipping plates to make the spine of the book. It also controls the highest
and lowest points of the nipping station surface.
16. Notching Motor ( M4 )
Drives the notching blade to make the cuts on the spine of the book.
17. Clamp Motor ( M6 )
Drives the clamps to hold or release the inner pages of the book.
18. Heater
Heats the glue tank to melt the glue reaching to its working temperature.
19. Capacitors
Triggers M1, M2, M3, and M4 motors.
20. Safety Temperature Sensor (TEMP3)
Sets the safety temperature to protect the glue tank from overheats. TEMP3 will shut
off the power of the machine as soon as the glue tank temperature reaches to this
pre-set temperature.
