6. Use the markings on the handlebars to check that the handlebars are correctly aligned in the
centre.

7. Close the quick release on the stem . When closed, the quick release touches the stem and
the handlebars must not be able to move.

If the handlebars can still move, the quick release is not tight enough.

Youcanadjustthequickreleaseasfollows:
1. Depressthebuononthesideofthequickreleaseonthestemandopenthequickrelease.
2. Turntheadjusngscrewontheundersideofthequickreleaseclockwisetoghtenthequick
release.Useasize2.5hexwrenchforthis.
