Operation instructions - Overview
Follow the safety instructions specified in the
Safety Manual.
● Make sure all the MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS were
carried out. For further information, refer to the Maintenance
section in this manual.
● Turn on the battery switch.
● Move the forward/backward lever to the "P" position.
● Apply the emergency stop. The roller will always start in the
High speed.
● Keep the ignition key in the "O" position.
● Start the engine and warm it.
Always check the brakes. Before starting the
working shift, carry out a test in the system, and
remember that if the hydraulic oil is cold, the
brake distance will be longer.
When operating the roller, use carefully the
forward/backward lever.
● Make sure the tires are well sprinkled, when necessary.
In an emergency, apply the emergency stop,
hold well the steering wheel and be ready for a
sudden stop.
● When parking: stop the engine, apply the parking brake and
chock the roller tires.
● When towing: refer to the towing instructions in this manual.
● When lifting: refer to the lifting instructions in this manual.
● When transporting: refer to the transport instructions in this
manual.
