Pitch Curve Adjustments
The pitch curves have already been factory set in the transmitter for both Normal and Idle Up/Stunt flight modes.
These curves have been tested and optimized for the best overall performance in either flight mode.
Although the curves have already been factory set, minor changes to the pitch curves can also be made by
adjusting the Pitch Control Links. Lengthening both Pitch Control Links by equal amounts will increase the pitch of
both blades for a given throttle/collective stick position. Shortening both Pitch Control Links by equal amounts will
decrease the pitch of both blades for a given throttle/collective stick position.
In general, we would recommend that you adjust the Pitch Control Links so that the blades are at 0 degrees of
pitch when in the Idle Up/Stunt flight mode with the throttle/collective stick in the middle position. This will help to
ensure that you have an equal amount of positive and negative pitch travel when in the Idle Up/Stunt flight mode,
and that your curves more closely match those shown in the “Programmed Throttle and Pitch Curves” sections of
this manual (pages 31–32).
