2.6.1 Submenu #6.1 Calibration>Select Pump
Calibration must be performed upon system installation and can also be performed periodically to verify the pump
dosing is maintaining accuracy. Once activated, there will be a 5 second delay followed by the pump activating for 60
seconds. At the end of the 60 seconds, the controller will prompt the user to input the amount of product dispensed.

Select a Pump
The user is instructed to choose a particular pump (#1 - #3) to calibrate.
Pre-calibrated values have been factory-set for each type of product and pump. After the
calibration, the new calibrated value will be entered, saved, and displayed for reference on the
next visit.
Begin Calibration
Once a pump has been selected, the operator can begin/stop calibration. The user can
start/stop the pump as needed; however, the total calibration time must be equal to 60
seconds.
Enter Calibrated Value
When 60 seconds of calibration is complete, the controller will prompt the user to enter the
new calibrated value. A mandatory 30 second flush will start after the calibration value is saved.
If no value is entered and saved after 300 seconds of idle time, the system will automatically
revert back to the last calibrated value and start a 30 second flush.
