Formula Not Finished Alarms
Formula Not Finished alarms may be viewed at the system level (i.e. Total Formula Not Finished
alarms) or individually for each of the 3 washers. Formula Not Finished alarms for each washer
will be further broken down to Formula Not Finished for each formula. An option is also
available for clearing these alarms at the system level.
Formula Not Finished is defined as a non-complete formula, and could be due to the following:
• Missing a chemical signal request from the washer (washer may have been
forwarded)
• Last chemical request signal is received from the washer before other steps have been
completed
• Extended time-out – no signal is received
Formula Not Finished is a powerful tool for troubleshooting the washer.
Narrow down Formula Not Finished alarms for a certain period of time (provided
the controller clock has been properly set up – Quick Setup > 4. Date & Time)
