Diagnostics Menu
The Diagnostics Menu consists of 3 sub-menus allowing for functional verification of all modules
connected to the Condor controller, and all discrete components controlled by the IO board
(water valve, product valves, machine valves, etc).
Proceed with WE component diagnostics
Activate main water flush valve (at inlet of flush manifold) for 60
seconds. This 60 second flush will be directed to the selected washer
valve.
Activate product (Detergent, Bleach, or Finish) flush valve (at inlet of
flush manifold) for 60 seconds. This 60 second flush will be directed to
the selected washer valve and will be followed by 30 seconds of post
flush.

product valve for 60 seconds. This 60 second flush will be
directed to the selected washer valve and will be followed by 30 seconds
of post flush.
This screen will allow the user to monitor the status of the washer signal
as it is sent from the washer, as well as verify the proper step (amount
and delay) is programmed into the formula.
NOTE: A formula must be selected prior to the signal being triggered
from the washer.

This screen allows the user to verify the communication status of the
Formula Select module on the selected washer (if present).

Activate Main water Flush: Perform 60 second water flush to selected washer.
Activate Product valve: Perform 60 second product dispense to selected washer. This can be
start/stopped at any time and will be followed by 30 seconds post flush.
Product Info: This screen will allow the user to monitor the values of conductivity and
temperature.
No formulas can be active to be able to perform these functions.
Activate the selected valve.
Deactivate the selected valve.
Signal Monitoring
Observe this screen during a wash cycle. If a signal is present, the following information will be
displayed:
• Signal #
• Formula
• Step #
• Delay
• Amount (g)
• Conductivity
• Temperature
