Test Formula Select Communication
Wait for a Pass/Fail message on the Condor Controller, as well as a “Diagnostic String” message
displayed on the bottom line of the FS screen. This additional information will allow the user to
verify the address setting to each of the FS modules is correct.
The test must be deactivated before leaving this screen. If not deactivated, the “Diagnostic
String” message will remain displayed on the FS screen. This message does not affect the
functionality of the system.

Diagnostics Menu
The Diagnostics Menu consists of 3 sub-menus allowing for functional verification of all modules
connected to the Condor controller, and all discrete components controlled by the I/O board
(water valve, product valves, machine valves, etc).

Select a Pump (product)
Select 1 of the 3 available pumps to test the pick-up probe assigned to that particular product.

Test Probe
This screen instructs the user to start the test and wait for a Pass/Fail message.
The product pickup probe has a float switch at the end, which will be pushed up when placed in
a full container (switch is read as “open” position). However when the product is dropped
below a certain preset level, the float switch will be dropped down towards the tip of the probe
(switch is then read as “closed” position. The test also verifies the wiring from the probes to the
pump board inside the IO module.
