Step 4: Disconnect Camlock
Step5: Remove Wing nuts
Settling Cylinder Replacement
Step 6:
Position Settling Cylinder
Step 4:
Replace and tighten wing nuts.
Step 5:
Reconnect sample hose camlock ensuring O-ring is located inside female connection.
Step 3:
Replace and tighten top PVC union – ensure O-ring is located in union.
Step 2:
Reconnect level sensor coupling
WARNING: Failure to properly connect this coupling may cause Settling Cylinder to
overfill and permanently damage vacuum generator.
Step 1:
Reconnect air and water push-fit connections into the top of the Settling Cylinder.
