• Do not operate unit with cover removed.
• Disconnect all power before servicing.
• Do not use an extension cord or other adapter with this appliance.
This appliance is not recommended for use with high iron content water. If
your water has a high iron content, consult a water filtration expert for
available options.
LaundryPure is not designed for use with stacking washer/dryer
combination units with a single 220 volt plug.
Maximum water inlet pressure is 75psi.
Wear cotton gloves when handling UV bulbs.
Use the included new hose when connecting the LaundryPure unit to your
washing machine. You should replace any washing machine hose that is
more than 2 years old.
To prevent leakage, do not leave your hot water hose disconnected.
Under normal residential usage, the Silver Ion Probe installed in your
LaundryPure has a life expectancy of approximately one (1) year. The red
SERVICE indicator lamp on the front of your unit will light when the Silver Ion
Probe requires replacement. Resetting the unit without replacing the Silver
Ion Probe may void your warranty and/or cause water leakage.
Do not clean your LaundryPure with harsh chemicals, abrasives, or
cleansers. Use a soft cloth dampened with water.
Do not mount the LaundryPure unit vertically or at an angle. Improper
mounting may void your warranty. See page 7 for correct mounting
instructions.
LaundryPure is designed for residential use only. Use in a commercial or
non-residential setting may void your warranty.
Persons with known allergic reactions to silver should consult their physician
prior to using LaundryPure.
Water treated by your LaundryPure unit is intended for clothes washing only
and is not approved for consumption. Do not drink or ingest the water from
your LaundryPure unit or washing machine.
