INSTRUCTION MANUAL ECOSOFT RO SYSTEM
MO6500BWTSS
Problem Possible cause Correcve acon
Low feed
pressure
fault occurs
aer running
smoothly for a
while
Insucient water
supply capacity
leading to a sharp
pressure drop during
Forward Flush cycle
The system requires a higher supply water ow rate for
the duraon of the Forward ush cycle.
If the problem can’t be resolved, it can be bypassed by
entering the Controller Sengs and changing 1.7 Read
low feed pressure during Forward Flush to o (Warning:
this will lead to less ecient membrane rinse so quicker
membrane deterioraon)
Clogged pre-lter
cartridge or water
supply pressure dip
Check the lter cartridge and replace if necessary.
Check that the inuent pressure is stable.
High
permeate
conducvity
High water
temperature
Check that the feed water temperature meets the
provisions of Technical specicaons
Operang pressure
and/or concentrate
ow rate is too low
Check that the ow rates and the operang pressure
meet the provisions of Technical specicaons
Poor quality inuent
water
Verify that the water analysis meets the requirements of
the Technical specicaons
Damaged seal on
the membrane or
membrane coupling
connector
Replace the damaged seals
Membrane fouling,
scaling, or mechanical
damage
Replace the membrane or carry out chemical cleaning
Low permeate
ow rate
Low water
temperature
Check that the feed water temperature meets the
provisions of Technical specicaons
Operang pressure
and/or concentrate
ow rate is too low
Check that the ow rates and the operang pressure
meet the provisions of Technical specicaons
Membrane fouling or
