Chapter 6 Electrocardiograph Disassembly
WARNING
1. Only qualified service personnel shall open the shell.
2. Switch off the electrocardiograph and unplug the mains supply (remove the battery if
available) before disassemble the device.
3. After any repair of the device, perform safety tests prior to use.
4. The upper casing and printer are complicated to disassemble. Please follow the
instruction of trained personnel for disassembly.
5. High-value parts such as the touch screen, printer, and main board should be sent
back to the manufacturer for repair or maintenance.

M3 Philips Screwdriver
Disassemble the
electrocardiograph.
M2.5 Philips Screwdriver
Disassemble the sampling box.
Pry bar
Open the lower casing.
