Select the MIB counter to show different counter type
 All: All counters.
 Interface: Interface related MIB counters.
 Etherlike: Ethernet-like related MIB counters.
 RMON: RMON related MIB counters.
Refresh Rate
Refresh the web page every period of seconds to get new
counter of specified port.
