2 YEAR WARRANTY
Your product is guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the
original date of purchase and is intended for DIY (Do It Yourself)
use only. If a product is defective it will be replaced in accordance
with the terms of this warranty. Warranty excludes consumable
parts, for example: O-rings, bearings, seals and gaskets.
WARNING
The following actions will result in the warranty being void.
• If the tool has been operated on a supply voltage other
than that specified on the tool.
• If the tool shows signs of damage or defects caused
by or resulting from abuse, accidents or alterations.
• Failure to perform maintenance as set out within the
instruction manual.
• If the tool is disassembled or tampered with in any way.

or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
Generally you will be responsible for all costs associated with
a claim under this warranty, however, where you have suffered
any additional direct loss as a result of a defective product you

      If your EINHELL Water Pump motor runs but doesn't supply water, the suction base might be obstructed. Clean it of any foreign matter or debris. Another cause could be an air lock in the hose/tube or pump. To resolve this, try several start-ups to remove the air, or lift and tilt the pump slightly while it's running. Also, check if the discharge hose/tube is kinked or damaged; un-kink or replace it if necessary. Disconnect the power and inspect the discharge outlet and filter for obstructions.

      Your EINHELL Water Pump might not start due to several reasons. First, ensure it's properly connected to the mains power supply. If it is, check if the float switch is activated; if the water level is too low, manually raise the float switch. Also, the impeller might be stuck, so turn off the pump and inspect and clean any obstructions. If the thermal overload protection is activated, wait for the motor to cool down, and it will automatically restart. If none of these work, the motor might be damaged.

      If the hose/tube doesn't stay on the connector/adaptor of your EINHELL Water Pump, it's likely that the hose/tube is slightly wider than the connector/adaptor. To fix this, use an adhesive inside the hose/tube, apply Teflon tape around the connector/adaptor, or use a hose clamp.
