      If the outdoor fan of your Electra Heat Pump isn't functioning correctly, check the voltage between the outdoor fan terminals on the main P.C.B. If there is no voltage replace main P.C.B. If there is voltage between outdoor fan terminals on the outdoor unit replace capacitor or motor. Check and repair electrical wiring between indoor and outdoor units.

      If the stand-by indicator (red LED) on your Electra Heat Pump's central control display panel doesn’t light up, it indicates there is no correct voltage between the line and neutral terminals on the main P.C.B. If the voltage is low, repair the power supply. If there is no voltage, repair the general wiring. If there is correct voltage replace main or display P.C.B’S.
