14. Troubleshooting Based on Error Codes

Water Tap closed, Water Flow Rate too low, Pressure Sensor defective, Inlet Valve
defective or Air Tube kinked.
Checks to perform:
WARNING
Check that all the connectors are correctly
inserted.
Is the incoming water pressure above 20 psi?
Correct the pressure problem in the
customer’s place and repeat the diagnostic
cycle to check for any further errors.
Is the Pressure Sensor air tube connected properly
without kinking and leaking? (Disconnect the tube, and
blow to ensure no obstruction.)
Repair the air hose on the pressure
switch, and repeat the diagnostic
cycle to check for any further errors.

Is the drain pipe positioned correctly and not causing the
siphon effect? (See Fig. 1)
Repair the drain circuit, and repeat
the diagnostic cycle to check for any
further errors.
Replace the Main Control Board, and repeat the diagnostic cycle to check for any further errors.
NO
Run the diagnostic cycle test, and check if hot and cold inlet valves are working?

Is there any kinked or blocked incoming water hoses?
Repair the incoming hoses and repeat
the diagnostic cycle to check for any
further errors.
Is the frequency of Pressure Sensor between 44.5 Hz
to 45 Hz? (Measure it on the Pressure Sensor wiring
connector at Main Control Board when machine is
powered with empty tub (No water).) (See Fig. 2)
Replace the Pressure Sensor, and
repeat the diagnostic cycle to check
for any further errors.
