ThiserrorcodewillbeshownifthecontrolsystemdetectsthattheinputOHDRUMMOTOR
isdeactivatedduringprogramrun.
Theoverheatingprotectionisautomaticallyrestored.Whentheoverheatingprotectionisrestored
theerrorcodeisautomaticallyresetandtheongoingprogramwillcontinue.Alongpressonthe
controlknob/startbuttonwillmakethecontrolsystemresetandongoingprogramwillbeended.
Theerrorcodecanbetriggedif:
1.Themotorisverywarm.Checkthattheventholesinthemotorarenotcovered.
Iftheoverheatingprotectionisnottrigged,butthereisstillanerrorcode:
2.Checktheharness,connectorsandfunctionsbyreadingtheelectricalschematicandbyusing
theSHOWINPUTSmenuwhenthemachineisinservicemode.
20:2NOMOTORCOMMUNICATION
ThiserrorcodeoccursiftherstmessagesentfromtheCPUtotheMCUwasnotrepliedto
duringstartup.
Recommendedactions:
1.CheckthatthereispowerreachingtheMCU.CheckthefusesintheProtectionCable.Ifoneof
thecomponentsintheProtectionCableisdamaged,thecablemustbereplaced.
2.CheckthattheindicatorLEDontheMCUison.TheLEDcanbeseenbylookingdownby
theMCUedgeconnections.
3.CheckthatthecommunicationcablebetweentheCPUboardandtheMCUisintactandnot
damaged.Measurealsowithareferenceinstrumenttoseewhetherthereiscontactbetweenall
theleadsinthecommunicationcable.
20:3LOSTMOTORCOMMUNICATION
ThiserrorcodeoccursifthecommunicationbetweentheCPUandtheMCUhasstoppedworking.
Recommendedactions:
1.CheckthatthereispowerreachingtheMCU.CheckthefusesintheProtectionCable.Ifoneof
thecomponentsintheProtectionCableisdamaged,thecablemustbereplaced.
2.CheckthattheindicatorLEDontheMCUison.TheLEDcanbeseenbylookingdownby
theMCUedgeconnections.
3.CheckthatthecommunicationcablebetweentheCPUboardandtheMCUisintactandnot
damaged.Measurealsowithareferenceinstrumenttoseewhetherthereiscontactbetweenall
theleadsinthecommunicationcable.
