21:12NOPARAMET.SETINMCU
ThiserrorcodeisgeneratedbytheMCUfordrummotor.
TheMCUcontainsseveraldifferentparametersetsfordifferentmotors.Duringpowerupthecontrol
systemchecksthatthecorrectparametersetdigitiswrittenintotheMCU.Ifnot,thecontrolsystem
willwritedowntheparametersetdigitdenedinxedconguration.
IftheMCUdiscoversthatnoparametersetvalueiswrittendownintotheMCU,theerrorcode
willbeshown.
Possiblecauses:
ThiscanbecausedbywrongsoftwareinCPUorwrongMCUforthecurrentmachine.
Recommendedactions:
1.MakesurecorrectmachinesoftwareandcorrectMCUareused.
21:13UNBALANCE
ThiserrorcodeisgeneratedbytheMCUfordrummotor.
TheMCUmonitorstheunbalanceswitchstatus.Ifthestatusisactivealreadyatprogramstart,this
errorcodeisshown.
21:15MOTORNOTFOLLOW
ThiserrorcodeisgeneratedbytheMCU.TheMCUmustalwaysreceiveinformationonthe
rotationofthemotorfromthetachosensorinordertorotate.Ifthetachosensorisnotworking,
themotorcanrotateformax.10secondsduringthestartingprocess.Afterthisperiod,thiserror
codewillbeactivated.
Possiblecauses:
•BreakinthecablesbetweenthetachosensorandtheMCU.
•Breakinconnectorsintachocables.
•Breakinoneofthephasestothemotor(cablesorconnectors).Thiserrorcanbesuspectedif
themotordoesnotrotatefor10seconds(themotorwillnotstartwithonlytwophases).
•Errorintachogenerator.
•ErrorintachocircuitsintheMCU.

•MOTORNOTFOLLOW(specieshowmanytimesthiserrorcodehasoccurred).

•TACHOERRORLOWSPEED(cangiveaclueincaseofintermittenterrors).
•TACHOERRORHIGHSPEED(cangiveaclueincaseofintermittenterrors).
